Nick’s munro challenge
We are delighted to be have supported the wonderful Nick Gardner on his Munro challenge and think he looks superb in his munro beanie! Nick turned 80 in April 2020, took on a mission to raise funds for Alzheimer Scotland and the Royal Osteoporosis Society by climbing all 282 Munros in 1200 days. We are delighted to support the work of the amazing Scottish Mountain Rescue. £1 from every beanie sold goes directly to the work the team do, and we think they are an essential part of our safety and enjoyment in the Scottish hills. SMR are volunteer-led, and having them able to respond 24hrs a day, enables us to safely enjoy Scotland’s wildest corners.
